Resetting Dislocated Joints
I used to Body Build a lot when I was younger, and invented a way of eliminating pain from injured muscles. This involved tensing the painful muscle until the pain went away. Sometimes, if the pain was severe, it would come back several times, but using my method the pain would go eventually.
I developed this method to put a joint back into position without the need for expensive time off work and a surgical operation that often does not put the joint back into position, is not painless, and involves time off work.
The technique involves tensing the painful muscles around the injury until the pain goes away. The limb is then lifted slightly higher until the pain returns followed by tensing the muscles again until the pain goes away again. The limb is lifted again and again until the joint pops back in place. This method is also free.
